(ie. for thoughs who dont know, he was on the ESPN magazine cover before the rose bowl, and he won. So that was his first curse of which he broke.)

the cover should be a receiver because they always add the new feature to the cover athlete's position and a receiver has never been on the cover of madden i'm thinking maybe ocho cinco himself chad johnson or steve smith. as for NHL i dont care for hockey but i would put sid "the kid" crosby

Madden: I've heard speculation that Chad Johnson will be on the cover, and I've heard Reggie Bush. I've even heard Ed Reed or Brian Urlacher could dawn the cover of Madden. Through process of elimination I can eliminate Bush (no back 2 back RB's) and Reed (already a Raven). I can also eliminate Urlacher (already had LB). So Ocho Cinco is on the cover because they're due to have a WR on it plus I've heard it will be the year of the WR. I don't know what that means, maybe new route running abilities, be the reciever mode, or new catches. All I know is a new create a play is needed.
NHL: Sid the Kid or Brody. Duh.

ocho cinco 85 chad johnson, Tomilinson could be also. and my other predictions shawne LIGHTS OUT merriman. Peyton Manning now that he has a ring. i like steve smith but i doubt that for sure. but who ever they put do not put Brady and his bunch. keep in mind chad johnson made the cover to ea sports nfl street 3 so tomlinson or manning is what i would put my money on. a sleeper could be drew brees.
