You can't, it follows the last draft very closely until around the third round, then it slips your player in.

I've done it once, with a mid-90's rated QB coming out of college, and I didn't get drafted until the second round. I don't think it's possible.
Lol you don't want to be a first rounder...what happens if you get drafted to a crap program and you get locked under a sick contract?



I honestly don't think its possible. I created a NCAA player on the PS3 version, and made him a 99 rated superstar senior QB...he left from a SEC school as the POTY, National Title winning MVP and was drafted round 3 by who else but the GREAT Raiders...Came in 99 rated too.What do you have to do to get drafted in the first round of the nfl draft in superstar mode on madden nfl 08?

you cant be a first rounder because it messes the whole draft up in the game and the people that created it (EA Sports) don't want the draft to be mixed up.
